Privacy notice

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your name, email address and, if you choose, your WhatsApp number, plus your symptom check result if you submitted it there. Calculator inputs never leave your browser. We remember your peso or dollar preference in your browser only.

Why, and on what basis

We process this data only with your consent, given by ticking the consent box, to contact you about testing and the waitlist. A symptom check result can be sensitive personal information, so we keep it to the minimum and never use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only us, and the service providers that store our list under confidentiality obligations. We never sell or share your data. If we refer you to a lab or clinic, we only pass on your details after you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw consent, or two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure, to data portability and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To use any of these, or to withdraw consent, email hello@testosteronephilippines.com.
